We hope you'll be delighted with your purchase from us, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, or you've simply changed your mind, you may return it for a refund/replacement within 30 days of receipt.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PARCEL TO US:
You do not need to contact us prior to returning goods providing they are within the terms of our returns policy. The item/s being returned must be unworn and in a fully saleable condition. Tags will need to be attached and all of the original packaging will be required. In all cases please wrap the goods and their branded box/packaging in outer packaging such as the delivery bag it arrived in.
- Complete the returns form which arrived in the parcel with your goods. If you did not receive a returns form you can print one here.
- Wrap the item/s securely in their original or alternative suitable packaging and enclose your returns form.
Please do not apply sellotape/stickers or write on the branded packaging/box of the item itself.
- Post your item to us at the address below.
Return postage is paid by the customer except where an incorrect or defective item has been supplied (please contact us first if this is the case as the returns process is different in the event of a faulty or incorrect item having been supplied). We recommend that you use a reputable courier with suitable insurance cover. We are unable to refund or exchange any item/s that go missing in transit with the courier. Hold on to any proof of posting that you receive from your selected courier until you have received your refund/exchange.
There are a number of cost effective courier returns services available such as myHermes and Collectplus where you can purchase and print your label online and drop your parcel off at one of the thousands of convenience stores across the UK. If your parcel is likely to cost more than £5 via the post office we recommend that you check these websites for more affordable options.
